The candidate must possess solid knowledge in both areas, strong pedagogical skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse student groups. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Administration**, **Human Resources Management**, **Business Administration**, **Organizational Psychology**, or related fields. * Teaching experience at upper secondary or higher education level is desirable. * Proficiency in administrative processes, human capital management, recruitment and selection, training, performance evaluation, and labor regulations. * Strong communication skills, academic leadership abilities, and group facilitation skills. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to student development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver classes in accordance with the institutional academic curriculum. * Develop lesson plans, conduct assessments, and monitor student performance. * Foster a respectful and participatory learning environment. * Fulfill all academic deliverables requested by the academic coordination office. * Attend institutional meetings and training sessions as required.
