




Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate educator to develop and guide elementary school children using creative techniques while fostering their social and artistic development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop creative educational programs for elementary school children. 2. Promote students' social development and self-esteem. 3. Apply diverse innovative teaching techniques. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Pedagogy, or Educational Sciences. * Professional degree and license are mandatory. * **Minimum 2 years of experience.** * Knowledge and ability to prepare lesson plans. * Participation in technical councils. * Familiarity with and application of La Nueva Escuela Mexicana (The New Mexican School). * Ability to maintain discipline and manage challenging behaviors. * Creative and communicative skills when interacting with students and parents. * Strong, empathetic, patient, and positive personality. * Group management and control. **Responsibilities:** * Neat handwriting and proper spelling. * Prepare annual, quarterly, and session-by-session lesson plans. * Develop a thoughtful and creative program suitable for elementary-age children. * Employ diverse teaching techniques (storytelling, educational games, audiovisual media) to teach children. * Observe each child to help improve their social competencies and develop self-esteem. * Encourage children to interact with one another and resolve occasional disagreements. * Guide children in developing artistic and practical skills through a carefully designed program (e.g., identifying shapes, numbers, or colors; crafting, etc.). * Organize schedules and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times. * Monitor children's progress and report to parents. * Communicate regularly with parents to understand children's context and psychology. * Collaborate with other educators to keep the classroom clean and orderly, in accordance with health and safety standards. * Complete requested courses and certifications. * Wear the uniform assigned daily by the school. * Participate in various activities organized by the school. **Schedule:** **Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 3:30 pm** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
