ACADEMIC COORDINATOR – ENGINEERING PROGRAMS In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising academic strategies that ensure educational quality, proper implementation of curricula, and holistic development of students and faculty at Laureate México. Your work will align with our global mission, generating impact on academic excellence, student experience, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of educational processes. Your key challenges • Coordinate the implementation of academic plans and programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and institutional guidelines. • Supervise and support faculty performance to strengthen pedagogical practices and ensure academic excellence. • Analyze academic indicators to identify areas for improvement and propose actions for continuous improvement. • Manage academic and administrative processes to optimize operations and enhance the student experience. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper execution of educational projects and achievement of institutional objectives. • Drive educational innovation strategies that contribute to updating teaching methodologies and integrating technologies into learning. • Monitor students’ academic progress to support retention and academic success. • Communicate results, progress, and needs effectively to various academic and leadership stakeholders.
