Product stability and shelf-life validation Job Objective: Ensure that raw materials, in-process products, and finished products comply with quality specifications, technical standards, and customer requirements, guaranteeing the consistency, performance, and safety of paints and coatings manufactured by the company. Specific Technical Activities in Paints * Viscosity, density, pH, solids content, and drying time evaluation. * Adhesion, gloss, coverage, and resistance testing. * Colorimetry control and tone adjustment. * Product stability and shelf-life validation. * Review of packaging and labeling specification compliance. * Verification of compatibility among resins, pigments, and solvents. Job Profile * Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related field. Experience * 2–5 years in quality control or quality assurance within the chemical, paint, coating, or manufacturing industry.
