A leading regional company specializing in the sale and installation of Electrical Equipment and Materials seeks a MEDIUM- AND LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR. REQUIREMENTS: * Electrical, Electromechanical, or related Engineer; Supervisor * Degree holder (not mandatory) * Age: 25 years or older * Work experience: 3 to 5 years * Design of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems * Ability to design, develop, optimize, and maintain maintenance programs * Solar panels * Engineering development (drawings), modification \- expansion * Ethical and innovative performance across various forms of Electrical Power Generation Systems (renewable and non-renewable sources), Transmission, Distribution, and Energy Commercialization, as well as Control and Industrial Process Automation areas * Quoting projects * Photovoltaic systems * Project development * Public relations * Supervision * **Skills:** * Negotiation ability * Teamwork capability * Organized and disciplined * Ability to work under pressure * Leadership * Gender: No preference * Knowledge and application of electrical standards, blueprint interpretation, Office software suite proficiency, AutoCAD * Management of technical personnel, client and supplier relations * Project management (logbooks, material control, construction progress, estimates, surveys, timelines, etc.) * Valid Class B driver's license (preferred) or Class A license WE OFFER: * Weekly salary * Overtime pay * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Experience: * ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR: 3 years (Preferred) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,386\.45 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
