Inventory optimization and document management. **BLIKON is seeking a Purchaser in San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** -------------------------------------------------------- Join our team as: We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with experience in construction, tourism, food, and other industries. **Responsibilities:** * Manage procurement for multiple business units simultaneously. * Collaborate with other departments to identify required products and services, ensuring resource availability. * Develop strategies to address unexpected issues with suppliers or supply chain disruptions. * Identify and evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, reputation, reliability, financial stability, payment terms, and delivery timelines. * Negotiate pricing, payment conditions, delivery schedules, as well as service terms and conditions. * Monitor inventory levels to optimize storage and prevent overstocking or stockouts. * Manage documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier records. * Track payments, collect invoices, expense receipts, etc. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Proficiency in English (preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * A personal vehicle is preferred. **IMPORTANT: Must reside in Puebla, preferably near Lomas de Angelópolis.** Please attach your CV.
