Banquet Executive

Job Summary: Acquire customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate the planning and execution of social, corporate, and banquet events, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer acquisition and prospecting for events and banquets. 2. End-to-end coordination of events and banquet services. 3. Negotiation and supervision to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Prospect and acquire new clients for social, corporate, and banquet events. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts for events and banquet services. Conduct facility tours for potential clients to present event venues, function spaces, and available services. Coordinate with various hotel departments (food and beverage, kitchen, setup, front office, etc.) to ensure proper planning and execution of events. Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through event execution to ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate rates, packages, and services in accordance with hotel policies, ensuring profitability. Supervise event execution to ensure fulfillment of client-specified requirements. Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events related to event and banquet management. Prepare sales reports and maintain updated customer databases in the hotel's CRM system.
