We are seeking a psychologist as a **therapeutic shadow** to accompany an elderly woman with Alzheimer's disease We are looking for a psychologist to provide therapeutic shadow support at a day care center for an elderly woman diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and advanced cognitive decline. The patient is active, emotionally responsive to interpersonal connections, and shows positive responses when a close, warm, and structured relationship is established. **Profile we are seeking:** * Licensed psychologist or psychology intern with verifiable experience. * Interest in or experience supporting elderly adults, dementia, or cognitive decline. * Patient, empathetic, and highly observant. * Skills to establish emotional bonds, provide containment, and deliver therapeutic support. * Creative and flexible in adapting to the patient’s emotional and cognitive needs. * Willingness to work interdisciplinarily with the clinical team and family. * Experience in cognitive stimulation and behavioral management (desirable). We seek someone who supports not only from a clinical perspective but also from a human one, promoting the patient’s emotional well-being, regulation, and active participation in daily activities.
