ST is excited to welcome an **Program Analyst Intern** at our ST office located in **Guadalajara, Mexico** . **Important note:** Only **local** candidates will be considered as this internship is required to be **in\-person** at our ST **Guadalajara** office. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Tools and processes build up and maintenance:** * Create, deploy and maintain dedicated tools to support activities in Demand Creation, focusing on front\-end development. * Automate system\-to\-system critical processes and information exchange. * Support sales representatives by providing dedicated tools for Distribution Field Engineers programs, i.e. tracking and monitoring of KPIs, certification trainings, customer engagement, etc. * Generates new analysis and reporting dashboards connecting various tools to show relevant insights on the business trends. **YOUR SKILLS \& EXPERIENCES** * Working towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience * Application development expertise * Proficiency in database management * Strong analytical skills, creativity and problem solving * English business proficiency We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
