




***We are seeking individuals residing in Queretaro or willing to relocate to be eligible for this project.*** **Education or Knowledge:** Graduates of Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience:** Recent graduates or candidates with one year of experience in similar positions. **Project Responsibilities:** Monitoring the telecommunications infrastructure of phone companies; handling client alarm tickets; generating operational reports for the sites supported. **Attitudes:** Adaptability to working under pressure is essential, as prompt response is critical to delivering accurate and effective solutions. Willingness to learn and grow within the telecommunications field. Commitment to work and strong teamwork skills. **Language:** Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; ability to hold fluent English conversations with clients. **Work Schedule:** ***Rotating Day or Night Shifts***: Two months working daytime shifts followed by two months working nighttime shifts. Two shifts available with the following schedules: 8 AM – 8 PM and 8 PM – 8 AM. Each shift is 12 hours long. For daytime shifts, employees work four days and rest three days. For nighttime shifts, employees work three days and rest four days. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site
