Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for committed talent for the position of **CCTV Monitor**, to work at our facilities in **Puebla City.** **Job Objective** Ensure **asset security and staff integrity**, and the proper operation of our service centers through active surveillance, risk prevention, and timely real-time incident detection. Main Responsibilities * **Active surveillance**: Real-time monitoring of security cameras (CCTV) to prevent crimes or improper practices. * **Incident control**: Immediate detection and reporting of risky situations, security failures, or suspicious behavior. * **Operational recordkeeping**: Preparation of detailed activity logs, daily reports, and digital incident records. * **Operational supervision**: Visual analysis of cash handling and monitoring of compliance with internal hygiene and operational protocols. * **Protocol activation**: Immediate intervention and direct communication with supervisors or authorities in case of emergencies. What Are We Looking For? * **Education**: Completed high school; preferably pursuing or having partially completed studies in Criminology, Public Security, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum verifiable experience of 1–2 years operating video surveillance systems (CCTV, DVR, NVR). * **Knowledge**: Proficiency in monitoring software, basic Microsoft Office suite, and technical report completion. * **Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, proactivity, and high capacity to work under pressure. * **Residence**: Preferably residing near the work area in Puebla. Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Experience: * CCTV monitoring: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
