Professional stability and development **Publication Date:** May 15, 2026 **Position: Psychologist – Talent Acquisition \- related fields** **Location:** San Bernardino, Tlaxcalancingo, on the Puebla–Atlixco federal highway *We are looking for a new colleague interested in growing and learning within our Talent Acquisition team. We seek someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to join a dynamic and collaborative environment.* **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Day off:** Sunday **Salary:** Starting at $9,500 monthly net **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct psychological interviews with candidates. * Administer and interpret psychometric tests. * Support talent attraction and selection processes. * Prepare psychological and evaluation reports. * Manage technological platforms and candidate databases. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in interviews or recruitment. * Residency in Puebla or the Tlaxcalancingo area. * Knowledge of talent attraction and competency-based interviews. * Experience administering psychometric tests. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **We Offer:** * Starting base salary of $9,500 net * Punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Excellent work environment * Professional stability and development Salary: Starting from $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
