




Position Summary: Supports talent acquisition activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview logistics, as well as administrative HR tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in onboarding of new employees. **Key Responsibilities — Talent Acquisition Area (Recruitment and Selection)** * Assist in **job posting** on employment portals, university job boards, and social media (internal job board, OCC, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). * Conduct **initial resume screening** (CV review) based on profiles requested by the hiring department. * Support **interview scheduling and logistics**: contact candidates, confirm appointments, and coordinate physical or virtual interview rooms. * Administer and score **psychometric or basic knowledge tests** (under supervision). * Follow up on **onboarding documentation** for selected candidates (requesting documents, employment references). * Help maintain an updated **candidate database** (ATS or Excel). **Basic HR Administrative Area** * Assist in **compiling and safeguarding personnel files**, both physical and digital, ensuring completeness and organization. * Collaborate in drafting **basic letters** (letters of recommendation, offer letters, simple employment certificates). * Record administrative incidents in the system (hires, terminations, data updates) under supervision. * Support the **onboarding process for new employees** (facility tours, distribution of manuals and regulations). * Update employee lists and directories.
