The selected candidate will participate in the design and development of electronic security systems for projects located in the United States, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a technical, internationally standardized environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop electronic security system projects, complying with applicable regulations and codes according to the project location in the United States. * Design access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, and supporting network infrastructure solutions. * Prepare technical project documentation, including layouts, risers, schedules, cabling specifications, drawings, and technical reports, using tools such as Revit and collaborative platforms. * Assess existing conditions and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper execution of the design. * Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance processes. * Collaborate with Mid-Level and Senior Engineers in the United States across various project phases. * Support training of new hires and junior staff. * Comply with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience designing low-voltage systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical buildings. * Experience designing electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercom systems. * Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Revit MEP, and AutoCAD. * Basic knowledge of physical security technologies and associated technical specifications. * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and technical reviews. * Experience on international projects (desirable). * Courses or certifications such as PSP, CPP, RCDD, DCDD, or other relevant industry certifications (desirable). * English proficiency at minimum B1 level (B2 preferred), with ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech and comprehend technical documentation. * Availability to work hours adapted to project requirements. **What We Offer:** * Participation in the “Own It” program, enabling acquisition of WSP Global shares through monthly contributions, with an additional 50% contribution from WSP (subject to defined limits). * Immediate ownership of shares, including those acquired with WSP’s contribution. * Annual performance evaluations. * Biannual organizational climate surveys. * Being part of a multinational company with high-quality standards and continuous growth. * Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary projects with national, regional, and global scope. \#LI\-VVB \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-PUE\-San Andrés Cholula**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Mar 7, 2026, 1:50:36 PM
