Maintenance Technician **Requirements** · Experience in solar panel manufacturing. · Technician in industrial maintenance, electromechanics or related field. · Experience in maintenance of machinery for manufacturing electrical/photovoltaic components. · Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. · Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. · Availability to work shifts and proactive attitude toward continuous learning. **Main Responsibilities** · Perform routine inspections of machinery. · Diagnose malfunctions in equipment such as stringer (tabbing ribbon), laminator, and bus bar ribbon welder. · Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. · Preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, and calibration) according to established programs and manufacturer specifications. · Detect, report, and repair minor and major faults in electrical, mechanical, and electronic components of machines. · Read technical manuals, interpret diagrams, and collaborate with engineering to solve complex problems and improve processes. · Document interventions, spare parts used, and report recurring anomalies to the maintenance supervisor. · Comply with industrial safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and safe work practices in the manufacturing area. · Operate and adjust machines to correctly place ribbons on solar cells, ensuring precision in electrical connections. · Replace or adjust worn or defective parts such as blades, rollers, guides, or specific cutting systems that handle tabbing and bus bar ribbons. · Constant inspection during operation to detect abnormalities. · Document maintenance activities, detected anomalies, and spare parts used to maintain records and facilitate tracking of machinery status. **We Offer:** · Statutory benefits from the first day of employment · Weekly pay · Fixed schedule · Additional benefits · Employee discounts · Discounts and preferential pricing · Flexible hours Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $9,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technician degree (Desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) * General maintenance: 1 year (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job
