EVLOK, a 100% Mexican company in the construction sector, is looking for your talent as Production Manager. Job Objective: Coordinate, assign, and supervise the operational activities of the personnel under your supervision to ensure the proper functioning of the EVLOK LOS CABOS plant, manage the resources required for daily operations, and guarantee the established production levels. Requirements: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree, or a technical degree in a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor. Knowledge of the construction sector (preferred). Responsibilities: * Receiving raw materials, aggregates, cement, and other supplies. * Submitting weekly incident reports, staff vacation schedules, and staff rosters. * Developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans jointly with the Maintenance Manager. * Conducting cyclical inventory counts. * Recording production, palletizing, and material loss in SAP. * Inspecting the quality of finished concrete block products. * Generating production activity reports. * Requesting spare parts and tools. * Supporting administration with invoice submissions and purchases. * Supporting the supply chain for product loading and customer deliveries.
