Ability to make operational decisions **Opening: Unit Manager** Location: Puebla, Angelopolis ***We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and operational supervision to join a dynamic team***. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Coordinate unit opening and closing procedures. * Manage and supervise operational staff (kitchen, bar, and service). * Develop and monitor shift schedules and attendance records. * Ensure compliance with service, quality, and hygiene standards. * Monitor inventories, shrinkage, and supplier orders. * Assist in reviewing sales and financial statements. * Address and resolve customer complaints promptly. * Work under pressure during peak hours. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Unit Manager or Operations Manager. * Proven experience in restaurant chains.
