You will help ensure that our sales team (located across various parts of the country) operates efficiently and in an organized manner. You will interact with other internal departments such as administration, marketing, and human resources. Responsibilities: Preparing quotations. Processing checks and payments to suppliers. Issuing invoices. Payroll and final settlement reconciliations. Excel proficiency (basic / intermediate). Monitoring sales executive units. Processing travel allowances / reimbursements. Invoicing.
