Notify the manager if any product fails to meet specifications. Verify and ensure that appliance and food temperatures are correct. Monitor the quantity of food prepared and portions served. Ensure portion sizes, food presentation, and garnishing meet standards. Serve food in appropriate portions and containers. Set up, clean, and organize workstations. Wash and disinfect the kitchen area, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment. Prepare cooking ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food items. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Prepare and cook food. Comply with all company safety and operational policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
