**Functions:** * Review daily WhatsApp groups of operating room technicians and medical specialists to download their referrals. * Verify the correct completion of all referrals. * Confirm that the material used in the OR matches the description on the referral. * Perform thorough tracking and recording of digital and physical referrals received by the Billing Department from the sales force.
