We are a great team and would be delighted to have you as part of us! **What we expect** ----------------- **Objective:** Responsible for complying with the procedures and policies established by thyssenkrupp Presta de México. Likewise, responsible for meeting the area’s production plans in terms of safety, sustainability, quality, deliveries, and costs. In addition, plan, develop, and manage the production team under their supervision, creating a work environment aligned with the company’s principles and values. **Activities:** * Ensure the restart of production equipment following any technical issue * Prepare corrective failure manuals (lessons learned) – mechanical & electrical * Develop daily maintenance activities (cleaning, lubrication, and inspection) * Perform maintenance activities and document them in MAXIMO * Participate in the development and execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs * Comply with the specified PPE usage according to SSA regulations * Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with SSA regulations * Support identification of Critical Spare Parts for machinery * Reduce Equipment Downtime, respecting and enforcing Maintenance schedules * Prevent Unsafe Acts and Hazardous Conditions during task performance * Prepare for maintenance activities based on MAXIMO information (checklists with work orders) * Perform maintenance using equipment technical documentation * After maintenance, hand over equipment to the customer in operational condition, applying the 5S methodology * Ensure Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) is applied before equipment intervention * Apply Continuous Improvement concepts to equipment and maintenance, leveraging PPLS tools to contribute to process and maintenance performance improvement * Ensure proper handling and organization of maintenance manuals and documentation * Contribute to meeting the maintenance budget by proposing cost-saving improvements * Respect and comply with company-established policies and systems, as well as those applicable to the area * Propose and implement improvements to optimize equipment performance * Document daily activities performed in MAXIMO work orders * Support the Emergency Response Team **Who we are looking for** -------------------- Education: Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Experience: 5 years’ experience in maintenance positions, operating CNC Machining and/or Cold Forging equipment in the Automotive or Metal-Mechanical industry Language: Intermediate English (B2 level) Knowledge: CNC equipment maintenance and Cold Forging processes, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, electronics, fits and tolerances, heat treatments, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, industrial safety (PPE, Lockout/Tagout), continuous improvement, 5S, PPLS, critical spare parts management, and hazardous waste management per SSA regulations Software: * Office * Basic SAP * MAXIMO **Additional Information** ------------------------- Your safety is our top priority, which is why you will work in a safe environment. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Professional development and growth * Transportation * Life insurance **Contact** ------------ thyssenkrupp Presta de México, S.A. de C.V.
