**PROJECT MANAGER** **INDUSTRIAL DIVISION** is an engineering and project management firm with a highly specialized team possessing extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. **POSITION** We are seeking to hire a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and controlling construction projects according to client requirements and guidelines, while complying with local and international project regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Identify needs and establish objectives. Supervise activities and make decisions. Present the project to the client (from inception to completion). Organize and coordinate all parties involved in the project, from the client to the project team. Monitor company resources—particularly time and budget—to ensure project success. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture * Preferred: 6 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and/or infrastructure construction projects * Experience in client relationship management and communication * Decisive and agile decision-maker * Leadership capability * Responsible and organized * Proficiency in OPUS and/or Neodata, AutoCAD, REVIT * Advanced Office suite skills **EMPLOYMENT TYPE** * Permanent contract and/or project-based contract **PROJECTED SALARY** * Salary: MXN 20,000 to 25,000 per month, plus statutory benefits Job type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Schedule: * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shift Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to start immediately?
