DESCRIPTION Eosol Group seeks to incorporate a Civil Engineer with a solid professional track record of at least five years’ experience. This position will focus on construction supervision for the prestigious Ixtapaluca Trolleybus Project. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader with strong problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of construction regulations and processes. As a Civil Engineer at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of construction works, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and directly supervising on-site activities; managing work teams; coordinating with various departments; and resolving technical issues that may arise during project implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and direct daily operations at the Ixtapaluca Trolleybus Project construction site. * Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Manage and coordinate personnel under your supervision, including foremen, laborers, and other technical staff. * Monitor construction progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays or deviations. * Verify correct application of construction methods and appropriate use of materials and equipment. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and quality control reports for project management. * Collaborate in resource planning (materials, labor, machinery) and their optimization. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, duly accredited. * Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in construction supervision, preferably in transportation infrastructure projects. * In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and processes. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and calculation reports. * Experience in work team management and leadership. * Strong skills in project planning, organization, and control. * Proficiency in technical and construction safety regulations. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to reside or relocate to the Ixtapaluca project area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree or specialization in fields related to civil engineering or project management. * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Experience in public transportation or trolleybus system projects. * Certifications in industrial safety or quality management.
