Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Nutrition to develop menus and meals for hospitalized patients, as well as perform cost analysis for pricing determination. * Place and process orders for kitchen and cafeteria supplies. * Supervise cafeteria operations. * Monitor and count dietary meals produced. * Address patient and family complaints or comments. * Coordinate with various departments for complimentary service delivery. * Monitor chlorine levels and pH of water in the kitchen and storage areas, and update the corresponding report. * Schedule planning for time and task optimization. * Develop menu for staff sales. * Assist and participate in committees. * Logistics for celebrations. * Provide feedback and training to kitchen staff. * Report incidents. * Conduct inventories. * Submit productivity statistics. Minimum 2 years’ experience: * Hospital kitchen experience. * Hygienic food handling.
