Grupo De Hoteles Hi! is seeking a Certified Public Accountant with a strong passion for attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting * Minimum 1.5 years of experience using the Contpaqi accounting software suite * Experience recording daily journal entries, accounting vouchers, and entries in Contpaqi * Experience calculating and paying taxes (ISR, ISN) and employer-employee social security contributions **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Accounting Entries: Record entries in ledgers (journal, general ledger), prepare accounting vouchers, and enter transactions into the Contpaqi system Document Management: Handle invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliations of other accounts to ensure accounting accuracy Reports and Tax Filings: Gather information for tax filings (VAT, withholdings) and assist in preparing basic financial reports Tax and Employer-Employee Contribution Calculations: Accurately calculate income tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), special tax on production and services (ISN), as well as IMSS contributions Payroll Calculations: Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and electronic payroll stamping (timbrado) in the CONTPAQi Nóminas system Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
