Ensure timely, safe, and flawless delivery of our goods to end customers, delivering excellent service while responsibly operating company vehicles. Your main responsibilities will be: * **Loading and unloading:** Properly arrange and secure cargo in the assigned vehicle to prevent damage. * **Order delivery:** Deliver products on time and as scheduled along assigned routes within Puebla and adjacent areas. * **Customer service:** Deliver goods with a friendly and professional attitude, and resolve basic service-related inquiries. * **Billing and collections:** Handle cash or payment terminals, and collect signatures upon receipt on invoices or delivery notes. * **Vehicle care:** Perform the daily vehicle checklist (oil level, fuel level, cleanliness) and report mechanical issues. What Are We Looking For in You? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Delivery Driver or Courier. * **Mandatory documentation:** **Valid Commercial Driver's License issued by the State of Puebla** (required; applicants holding only a private driver's license will not be considered). * **Knowledge:** Excellent familiarity with the city of Puebla, major roads, shortcuts, and navigation apps (Google Maps / Waze). * **Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, honesty, and ability to work under pressure. * **Education:** Completed secondary school (minimum requirement).
