WELCOME TO EXPERTS IN LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES FUNCTIONS **Develop and maintain processes for efficient logistics operations in coordination with the Operations Manager, monitoring, and control center, according to customer requirements** Create a shipping plan ensuring availability of necessary resources and processes; assign units to operators with approval from the Operations Manager; dispatch trips; monitor fuel consumption; control expenses (toll booths, diesel) **Close each shipment ensuring compliance with kilometers traveled, toll payments, and operational execution to meet cost targets** Ensure vehicle and operator integrity **Customer service via phone calls, emails, and meetings** Address operator requests **Ensure documentation required by customers is complete and accurate** **Ensure optimization of trips, routes, and operations to deliver optimal productivity** Handle special reports RESPONSIBILITIES: **Performance, routes, tolls, costs, creation of optimal routes, monitoring reports, speeds, RPMs; support operational incidents related to deliveries; assist in customer review processes.** Related to completed trips. **.** **Incident reports for payroll purposes.** Lead your team. **Follow-up meetings with various departments to ensure proper trip logistics.
