Job Summary: We are seeking an architect with experience in drafting construction drawings, 3D modeling, project coordination, and technical solutions for construction. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Development of executive-level architectural and construction drawings. * 3D modeling and rendering for effective communication of design concepts. * Preparation of construction details and technical solutions for construction. * Review and coordination of projects with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.). * Generation of technical documentation for construction progress tracking. * Architectural surveys and updating of "as-built" drawings. * Material quantity take-offs and support in budget preparation. * Communication with suppliers and contractors for technical clarifications.
