Job Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor with experience in team leadership, operation of specialized cleaning equipment, and handling of cleaning supplies to ensure optimal cleanliness of a casino. Indefinite-term contract We seek a candidate with solid experience leading operational cleaning teams, knowledge of specialized cleaning machinery, and proficiency in handling professional cleaning supplies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team. * Manage staff schedules, incidents, and task distribution. * Ensure all areas of the casino maintain optimal cleanliness and visual standards. * Supervise proper use of cleaning machinery and products. * Monitor hygiene and safety standards. * Prepare operational reports and cleaning controls. * Train and supervise assigned personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor. * Experience managing work teams of at least 18 people. * Knowledge and operation of cleaning machinery: * Floor polishers * Scrubbers * Industrial vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment. * Familiarity with various types of cleaning chemicals, materials, and supplies. * Experience supervising cleaning operations in shopping malls, casinos, hotels, hospitals, or corporate facilities. * Completed high school diploma or equivalent. * Leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability: * Rotating shifts * Night shifts * Weekends and holidays. * Gender and marital status are unrestricted. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. **Work Location:** Angelópolis Shopping Mall.
