AT NEXO TRANSPORTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GPS MONITOR RESPONSIBILITIES: · Monitor units turn by turn on tracking platforms · Record delivery, arrival, and departure times with customers · Validate compliance with authorized stops and safekeeping procedures · Attend to customers via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls · Communicate with drivers to report incidents · Update and send reports at scheduled times · Send supplier locations · Send instruction sheets · Shift handover · Define safe stops, gas stations, rest areas, optimal routes, toll booths · Create routes and geofences in geolocation systems · Create travel instructions for routes · Generate reports o Security protocols in case of deviations, accidents, thefts o Request for empty equipment o Toll booths o Idling o Speed · Create routes, geofences · Reports · Route planning in Global Maps · Support during incidents · Document scanning (weekends) · Make decisions in the absence of operational staff · Identify route deviations · Identify speeding DIRECT DECISIONS * Activation of theft/accident protocols * Optimal routing Knowledge of the country's geography Knowledge of safe locations along highways · Net monthly salary of $10,000.00, statutory benefits · Rotating 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00 (2 days daytime, 2 days nighttime, and 2 rest days) Must have personal transportation Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
