Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, conduct strategic procurement, and ensure product supply. Key Highlights: 1. Manages suppliers and negotiates contracts to optimize costs and quality. 2. Conducts strategic procurement and efficiently manages inventories. 3. We are looking for your talent and commitment as: **Procurement Supervisor.** **Responsibilities:** * Identify and monitor cost-effective and efficient suppliers. * Establish solid relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous and reliable supply. * Negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, availability, warranties, and payment terms. * Conduct strategic procurement. * Manage inventories. * Ensure acquisition and supply of products (raw materials, subcontracted items, packaged goods, supplies, fixed assets, services, etc.), avoiding excesses or shortages. * Manage budgets to optimize costs without compromising the quality of purchased products or services. * Handle petty cash funds. * Coordinate with the administration department for payment scheduling. * Handle importation of requested raw materials and/or products. **Requirements:** * Business Administration or related degree. * Experience in domestic and international procurement. * ISO 9001 certification. * ERP system proficiency. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Communication skills. * Negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $12,500. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
