Efficient data entry and system information updates. **Purchasing Assistant** The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for supporting the procurement process of goods, ensuring proper delivery tracking and maintenance of accurate records. Additionally, this position requires data entry skills to efficiently and effectively input and update information in the management system. **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** * Assist in supplier identification and selection. * Place purchase orders under supervision of the immediate supervisor. * Track purchase orders and verify deliveries. * **Data Entry:** * Enter and update product, supplier, purchase order, and invoice information in the SAE system. * Ensure database accuracy and timeliness. * **Inventory Analysis:** * Collaborate on inventory reviews and supply needs assessment. * Support preparation of reports on product status. * **Supplier Relations:** * Maintain effective communication with suppliers to resolve inquiries or issues related to orders. * Coordinate logistics for goods delivery and receipt. * **Documentation:** * Archive and organize documents related to procurement and invoicing. * Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in procurement or administration is preferred. * **Skills:** * Proficiency in computer applications. * Excellent data entry and handling skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Effective time management and task prioritization. * Adaptability to change. **Work Schedule:** Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00–13:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 **Salary:** **Part-time: $5,000\.00 per month** **Full-time: $10,000\.00 per month** **Statutory Benefits Age: 25\-45 years** Position Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting from $5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
