Job Summary: We are seeking a Multitask Executive Driver with experience in personal assistance and managing diverse tasks, maintaining a service-oriented and organized attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Work with executives and personal assistance. 2. Mobility and transportation management. 3. Purchasing, quotations, and various errands. We are looking for: **Multitask Executive Driver** Intern or incomplete degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Relations, Communications, or related field. * Experience working with executives, business owners, or similar senior personnel. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Driver / Personal Assistant. * Experience in purchasing, quotations, and various errands. * Responsible for the mobility of the person being assisted. * Must be able to drive standard transmission vehicles. * Experience driving large SUVs. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure vehicle is in optimal condition for transportation, including cleaning, tire inspection, checking general fluid levels, dealership service schedule, inspections, payment of vehicle taxes or regulatory compliance. \- Responsible for transporting the person being assisted, both within and outside the city of Puebla. \- Proficient use of GPS assistants such as Google Maps and Waze. \- Perform various purchases for household groceries and personal needs. \- Conduct daily purchases of perishable goods to ensure freshness for daily consumption. \- Manage auxiliary expense records. \- Handle petty cash. **Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude * Conflict resolution * Standard transmission driving skills (mandatory) * Effective communication * Organization \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Work location: Angelópolis / Hermanos Serdán.
