Responsibilities • Prepare and submit EMP reports to keep maintenance departments informed of EMP status and availability. • Report the status of failure report tracking and ongoing repairs. • Track collection of equipment checklists, battery charging logs, and their data entry for maintenance statistical history. • Monitor proper use of MHE, batteries, and chargers. • Supervise battery zones to ensure assigned quantities are maintained and charging cycles are followed. • Timely reporting of damaged equipment to avoid customer claims or charges. • Ensure staff strictly adhere to technical instructions and procedures, maintaining quality standards set by the management system.
