




Job Summary: Sales analyst responsible for optimizing product assortment, maximizing sales, and reducing overstock through behavioral analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Support in strategic decision-making **Job Objective:** Analyze garment sales performance to define the optimal product assortment—determining quantities, sizes, and models to be shipped to each store, with the goal of maximizing sales and minimizing overstock. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales by store, model, size, and color. * Determine the number of units to allocate per branch. * Define size and model mix based on turnover and historical sales data. * Identify fast- and slow-moving garments. * Prepare product performance reports (sales, inventory, turnover). * Support decision-making for replenishment and redistribution. * Propose improvements to inventory planning. * Monitor slow-moving merchandise and related exit strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or inventory planning (retail fashion experience preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools experience is a plus. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and product turnover. **Key Skills:** * Strong numerical analysis and attention to detail. * Logical and strategic thinking. * Organization and planning. * Clear communication with commercial teams and store personnel. * Results-oriented.
