**INDUSTRIAL PM AREA** is an engineering and project management firm with a highly specialized team with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering. * 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and/or infrastructure construction projects. * Proficiency in HVAC system design engineering and integration. * Experience in client management and customer relations. * Problem-solving individual with agility in decision-making. * Leadership skills. * Responsible and organized. * Advanced English, at least 85% - (desirable) * Advanced Office skills. **OBJECTIVE:** Execute, supervise, and ensure the proper integration and implementation of HVAC systems in an industrial expansion project within a plant, complying with the highest engineering standards, regulatory requirements (FDA, COFEPRIS, CIP), and specific technical requirements of the sector. **Basic knowledge in:** Air Conditioning System Design, experience in ASHRAE, NOMS regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review and validate HVAC system design and integration engineering, ensuring compliance with applicable national and international regulations. * Supervise on-site HVAC construction execution (installations, equipment assembly, ductwork, control systems, pressure tests, air and water balancing, etc.). * Conduct physical surveys and technical verifications at the plant, identifying deviations from drawings or specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure progress according to the project schedule. * Verify that installations comply with FDA, COFEPRIS regulations, and site cleaning guidelines (such as CIP and pharmaceutical-grade HVAC). * Actively participate in construction meetings, technical reviews, and work front approvals. * Monitor system operation tests, commissioning, and validation of HVAC systems. * Generate technical reports, logs, and compliance documentation for audits or project deliverables. **EXPERTISE IN:** * Mechanical Engineering, with specialization or experience in industrial HVAC systems. * Regulations and standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, applicable NOMs, as well as FDA, COFEPRIS, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and CIP cleaning guidelines. * Proven experience in regulated environments (cosmetic - pharmaceutical industry) with focus on controlled environments and cleanrooms. * Technical knowledge in climate control, ventilation, differential pressure, HEPA filtration, temperature and humidity control systems. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, calculation reports, single-line diagrams, and HVAC system specifications. * Advanced software skills including AutoCAD, Office, and preferably modeling software (Revit MEP, Navisworks, etc.). * Upper-intermediate English (desirable) **WE OFFER:** \- Competitive salary. \- Statutory benefits. **Work location:** Puebla, Pue.
