JOB DESCRIPTION: Evaluate administrative and financial operations and actions, verifying and determining compliance with procedures according to both internal and external laws and regulations, in order to ensure that the Institution’s objectives are met within criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, and transparent management, as well as training staff across various routes. Verify files are up-to-date and properly completed. Conduct cash reconciliation and cross-checks. Validate processes regarding chronology, timing, and form. Validate commissions and processes with loan officers. Review documentation and requests. Clarify doubts and resolve problems. Motivate, lead, and incentivize loan officers and team members under supervision. Investigate and validate processes required for operational effectiveness in communities and with loan officers. Validate service delivery by the field team. Requirements: * Gender: Unspecified * Age: 23 to 45 years old * Education: High school diploma, undergraduate degree in progress or completed. * Willingness to travel.
