* Availability to rotate shifts * Remain alert at all times and attentive to any suspicious situation. * Wear proper and immaculate uniform. * Register and control access for contractors, suppliers, visitors, vehicles, and materials using a folio provided by external control, previously scheduled. * Avoid distractions such as the use of cell phones or headphones during service. * Do not leave the work station without authorization or without a replacement. * Respect and enforce the company's internal security regulations. * Treat all people with respect and professionalism. * Keep detailed records of incidents in logs and daily reports. * Coordinate and verify that loading and unloading transports are located in the warehouse or shipping area. * Conduct surveillance patrols to ensure proper order, including strategic points such as warehouse, production, and personnel entry access. * Verify the integrity of the security lock on the container and take photographic evidence upon entry and exit. * Inspect employees' belongings such as backpacks, bags, etc., before personnel leave the facility. * Accompany visitors within the facilities according to protocol. * Verify closure of doors, windows, and other access points at the end of the shift. * Report visits from legal authorities. * In case of any emergency, notify the corresponding response teams. * Verify that visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering production areas have the appropriate PPE. * Do not interfere with your duties during meal times. * Keep the emergency door of the facility closed. * Control lighting according to the established schedule. * Manage partial or full exit passes for operational, administrative, and managerial staff in the exit logbook.
