Position Summary: We are seeking an international trade professional focused on data analysis, monitoring of virtual import/export operations, and client visits for machinery identification. Key Highlights: 1. Development and closure of VIRTUAL import and export operations. 2. Analysis of large-scale databases to identify patterns. 3. Travel and stays in the United Mexican States with self-management and self-sufficiency. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field. \-Targeted at candidates from Economic and Administrative fields possessing intermediate-level Excel knowledge and a willingness to expand their expertise in Foreign Trade and Administration. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate-level Microsoft Excel (databases, formulas, pivot tables) * Report preparation * Development, monitoring, and closure of VIRTUAL import and export operations (V1\) * Information analysis and synthesis **1–2 years of verifiable experience.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and analysis of large-scale databases to identify patterns or potential findings * Conducting site visits to clients' production areas for machinery and equipment identification * Adhering to codes of conduct established by various clients and complying with regulations during plant visits (safety regulations, PPE, and codes of conduct) * Undertaking travel and stays of 1–4 weeks across different states of the United Mexican States, demonstrating self-management and self-sufficiency **Competencies Required for This Role:** * Professional ethics * Commitment * Initiative * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Proactivity * Analytical thinking * Work quality * Planning * Perseverance * Sense of urgency * Results orientation through department-defined metrics * Resilience to changes in working hours and/or workdays. **Compensation Offer: $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly (negotiable depending on expertise)** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
