Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Resident responsible for optimizing timelines, managing resources and personnel, coordinating projects, and resolving on-site issues. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for managing and optimizing operational projects. 2. Key liaison between client and company on-site. 3. Dynamic role involving on-site problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination. Join our team as a "Construction Site Resident" responsible for ensuring that various project activities are carried out on time and as planned, by managing resources and personnel across different operational projects: * Optimize timelines, process re-engineering, and cost reduction * Manage operational priorities and decision-making * Delegate tasks performed by third parties * Coordinate among departments involved in projects * Serve as liaison between client and company on-site * Perform activities jointly with specialist technicians * Manage human, material, and/or tool resources for operations * Generate daily work reports, photographic evidence for site supervisors, and video inspection reports * Successfully implement projects * Resolve on-site problems promptly and effectively What do you need? * Availability to travel and remain on out-of-town projects for up to 6 months * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience * Microsoft (Advanced Excel skills) and AutoCAD * Knowledge of administration and personnel management * Experience in production and/or manufacturing areas * Knowledge of hydraulics, industrial machinery, quality control, and preventive maintenance * High flexibility in working hours * Results-oriented, conflict resolution skills, discipline, initiative, drive, and proactivity * Accustomed to physically demanding or heavy work If you meet the above requirements, apply now!
