Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role here https://www.bayer.com/en/strategy/strategy **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Create, Manage, control, safeguard and file commercial agreements, proposal agreements, profitability sheets and other documentation derived of the commercial relationship with the customers and distributors, following up the respective signature, archive and deliver notifications and get the completed documents signed. * Manage contract requests arising from commercial activities and accrual equipment deliveries with customers. define the scope of the agreements with the sales team and follow up the procedure with the local or global Legal department to create the contracts required. * Lead and keep continuous review and definition of new contracts, layouts or documentation to be agreed with the current commercial conditions, products or services offered to the customers in the agreements created in the Division. * Coordinate and do the process to require issuance of services invoices with the Finance hub support, register, control and keep communication with the sales teams, customers and other local areas regarding customers collection management. * Keep contact with Global LPC to update the distributors’ agreements with Bayer AG and local distributors and follow up the requests and registers in CLMS systems of all the customer’s contracts manage, be in contact with the local legal department and activate the renewal requests respectively. * Create accrual devices assignation (installation, uninstallation or other movements) documents, data collaboration and connectivity agreements of injectors and provide advice and guidelines to the sales teams about the scope of these agreements. * Control and management of capitalization/depreciation to do the request and registers in coordination with the accounting areas, coordinating the label asset deliveries to the customers and assure the correct identification of the devices and activate the process with the Services providers for the destruction services of the inactive equipment. * Give support of the Customer Support area in administrative activities regarding customer support for the customers and sales teams. **WHO YOU ARE** * University degree: Administration, Industrial Engineer, Administration Industrial or similar career. * At least 2 years of experience and knowledge in N8P System, CLMS System, Accounting management, documentation control and management. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Customer focus, Drives Results, Manage Complexity, Collaborates, Plans \& Aligns, be lean \& fast, be accountable, Collaborate and Connect, Go digital. * Strategic mindset, Courage, Analytical mindset, Manage Ambiguity, High capability of analysis of data and propose new ways of management. * Excellent communication \& experience with clients, support and traceability of tasks. * Planning and organizational skills, well\-developed problem\-solving skills. * Intermediate knowledge of English, excellent communication and collaboration in projects of follow up, planning and organizational skills, well developed problem\-solving skills. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU** * Hybrid Working Style * Competitive salary * Attractive benefits package * Wide range of development opportunities * Good working conditions and comfortable working environment At Bayer, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
