





Job responsibilities: * Customer service, both in person and by phone. * Receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate department. * Managing executive schedules and coordinating the use of meeting rooms. * Receiving, routing, and following up on messages, emails, and internal communications. * Coordinating general services: courier, office maintenance, cleaning, among others. * Providing administrative support to the sales department and general management. * Monitoring and tracking accounts receivable and reservations. * Sending newsletters to customers and completing sales-related forms. * Managing and organizing physical and digital customer documentation. * Requesting, controlling, and replenishing office supplies. * Inventory and control of beverages, promotional items, and sales materials. **Note: Full training will be provided for all activities mentioned** **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm** **Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm** Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Work location: On-site position
