Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with mixology experience to prepare and serve beverages, as well as manage and maintain the bar. Key Highlights: 1. Work area maintenance and organization **Requirements** * MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE * MIXOLOGY KNOWLEDGE * PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE * SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS **Responsibilities** * Beverage and cocktail preparation and service * Stocking of bar products * Preparation of supplies and garnishes * Setup and conditioning of all bar areas * Cleaning of work and storage areas * Washing and polishing of glassware * Placing orders with bar supply vendors * Receiving and organizing bar supplies * Inventory preparation **Benefits** * Base salary of $9,800 monthly + weekly tips * IMSS registration from the first week at 100% base salary * Statutory benefits * Staff meals * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Currently 43 hours per week Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,800.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed high school (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
