Job Summary: PCC Airfoils is seeking a Quality Engineer to supervise inspectors, ensure compliance with procedures, and conduct quality audits on aerospace products. Key Highlights: 1. PCC Airfoils is an aerospace company dedicated to manufacturing turbine blades for aircraft and power generation equipment. Due to growth, we are seeking: ' Quality Engineer ' REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc.). • Minimum 3 years of experience managing personnel with teams of at least 20 people. • Availability to rotate between two shifts. • Advanced spoken English proficiency. (Mandatory) KNOWLEDGE: • Experience managing teams of more than 20 people. (Mandatory) • Internal audits. • Process control. • Knowledge of root cause analysis tools. • Leadership and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure. COMPETENCIES: • Proactive. • Teamwork. • Interest in analysis and problem solving. • Focus on continuous improvement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervision of quality inspectors. • Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with work procedures. • Conduct quality audits on products.
