That means your role goes beyond simply launching campaigns. It’s about transforming their performance, identifying opportunities, leading strategy, and moving them from their current state to achieving their **best advertising results ever**. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing, structuring, and optimizing campaigns. * Identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change—*now*. * Proposing initiatives, ideas, and strategies to elevate performance. * Ensuring every peso invested delivers maximum possible return. * Guiding clients and internal teams toward intelligent decisions. You will be the person responsible for ensuring our campaigns **truly convert, scale, and exceed expectations**. You’ll work across campaigns on: * **Google Ads** * **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** * **TikTok Ads** And you’ll have the freedom—and responsibility—to propose new angles, strategies, tests, and approaches to achieve unprecedented results. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Developing advertising strategies fully aligned with business objectives. * Setting up, launching, and optimizing omnichannel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok). * Identifying opportunities for scaling, optimization, and cost reduction. * Analyzing key metrics and making data-driven decisions—not assumptions. * Proposing new experiments, audiences, ad copy, creatives, and approaches. * Coordinating with the creative team to define required assets and formats for each campaign. * Keeping audiences, segmentation, and exclusions consistently updated. * Preparing clear, strategic, and actionable reports for internal and external clients. * Maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-obsessed mindset. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** running campaigns (Google + Meta mandatory). * Deep expertise in audience segmentation, campaign structure, and objective-based optimization. * Proficiency in key metrics (**ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV, frequency, relevance**, etc.). * Ability to manage accounts end-to-end: strategy → execution → optimization → results. * Skill in translating business goals into concrete advertising actions. * Ease collaborating with creative teams and requesting necessary assets. * Commitment to continuous improvement, rapid learning, and adaptation to trends. * Strong organization, autonomy, and full accountability for your outcomes. **BONUS POINTS** * Prior experience at **digital marketing agencies**. * Experience managing campaigns for **SaaS, restaurants, or real estate businesses**. * Basic familiarity with tools such as **Notion, Slack, Trello, and Google Sheets**. * Ability to write **effective ad copy**. * Experience building funnels or full-funnel strategies. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Full freedom to propose, experiment, and scale accounts. * A culture rooted in creativity, execution, and results. * 100% remote work with flexible hours. * Direct access to the founding team and involvement in decision-making. * Real professional growth within an expanding team. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance. * An environment where your ideas—and your results—matter **a great deal**.
