**Department:** Maintenance and General Services **Reports to:** Operations Manager **Position Type:** Full-time **Position Objective** Ensure the proper functioning, cleanliness, and upkeep of hotel facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, gardening, and structural areas, to guarantee a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **general repairs** in guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces (painting, plumbing, electricity, basic carpentry, etc.). * Conduct **preventive maintenance** on hotel equipment, tools, and facilities. * Respond promptly to reports of electrical faults, water leaks, or malfunctions as they occur. * Assist with **gardening and green area maintenance tasks**: watering, pruning, cleaning, and plant care. * **Lift, move, or transport heavy objects** when necessary for operations or maintenance. * Keep the **outdoor areas, parking lot, and service zones clean and organized**. * Support special tasks such as painting, furniture assembly, or minor electrical equipment repairs. * Report any abnormalities or material needs to the supervisor in a timely manner. * Comply with **safety and hygiene regulations** in all duties. **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in general maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work.** * Basic knowledge in **repairing electrical equipment, plumbing, and gardening.** * **Good physical condition** and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. * Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude. * Availability to **work weekends.** **Key Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Honesty and punctuality * Service orientation * Problem-solving ability Position Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Flexible schedules * Health insurance * Dining services Work Location: On-site
