





We are seeking an **Administrative Logistics Assistant** **Responsibilities** * Perform invoicing and follow up on compliance. * Invoice stamping. * Verification of goods and product quantities. * Creation and control of RMAs. * Preparation of credit notes. * Support for the logistics control tower and monitoring tracking. * Verification of route schedules, documentation, and products. * POD settlement. * Management of petty cash. * Generation of administrative reports and statistics. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Residence: Mérida, Roble, Kanazín, San Marcos, Umán, or surrounding areas. * Experience: In administrative, logistics, warehouse, traffic, or customer service areas. * Essential knowledge: Windows, SAP B1, WMS. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, with rotation between either of these two shifts: **08:00–16:00** or **12:00–20:00**; Weekends: **08:00–16:00**.
