Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards **Job Objective** A leading company in the rental, sale, and maintenance of electric generators, compressors, and lighting towers is seeking a **Warehouse Coordinator** to coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials, as well as compliance with procedures, safety standards, and document control. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations for materials. * Verify correct inbound and outbound goods movement according to internal procedures. * Supervise the accuracy of physical and system-based inventories. * Control and authorize movements of materials, equipment, and goods. * Supervise and validate invoices, delivery notes, and documentation related to material inbound and outbound activities. * Identify and report discrepancies between physical inventories, invoices, and system records. * Assign and supervise daily activities of warehouse staff. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper arrangement. * Supervise appropriate use of material handling equipment. * Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene standards. **Obligations** * Guarantee accurate documentation of material inbound and outbound transactions. * Ensure accuracy of physical and digital inventory records. * Control shrinkage, damage, and loss of goods. * Meet warehouse department KPIs. * Report operational and administrative incidents to the relevant department. * Ensure timely delivery of materials to internal or external customers. **Requirements** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in similar roles within warehouse or logistics. * Experience in **inventory control, material receiving, and dispatch**. * Knowledge of **warehouse processes and document control**. * Basic proficiency in **warehouse and inventory management systems (WMS)**. * **Bachelor's degree preferred** in: Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional training and development. * Opportunities for growth within the company. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday: Start time: 8:00 am End time: 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,300\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
