JOIN THE TEAM AT ELEKTRA PROGRESO CREDIT ADVISOR "Customer Service" Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering savings products, bank loans, investments, and insurance to establish long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. Ensure proper implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma (original certificate) is mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills. Passion for customer interaction. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service delivery. Goal- and objective-oriented. Integrity in performing duties.
