Position Summary: We are seeking an Aesthetic Maintenance Supervisor to ensure optimal operation and condition of hospital facilities, leading a team and coordinating improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures the good condition of facilities, furniture, and hospital accessories. 2. Coordinates and supervises maintenance staff activities. 3. Participates in preventive maintenance programs and renovations. We invite you to join our qualified team at Hospital Star Médica Mérida as: "AESTHETIC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR" REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design (degree certificate and professional license). * Experience: 3 years in the hospital or hospitality industry. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. * Knowledge of SAP. * Personnel management experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensures the proper functioning and good condition of all facilities, furniture, and accessories through supervision of maintenance activities. * Conducts facility walkthroughs to identify, review, and validate improvement needs across areas (inpatient units, clinical areas, offices, laboratories, and common areas). * Coordinates, assigns, and supervises the work of assigned personnel. * Implements preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs based on control logs. * Actively participates in planning and executing renovation programs aligned with infection prevention protocols.
